Interpretation: Global warming is increasing at an alarming rate throughout the globe. The major causes of global warming are carbon emissions from vehicles and factories, excessive lumbering of trees and heated air being release from machinery like air conditioner compressors. Global warming causes hot air to be trapped in the atmosphere, making the weather continuously hot. With this situation, the artist imagines famous buildings in Malaysia heated under the merciless heat of the sun. The people in the painting are drawn unhappy and suffering under the high temperature and humidity. In conclusion, we should make an attempt to reduce the amount of carbon emitted into the air. For instance, less vehicles should be driving on the road, factories should filter the carbon that will be released into the air, and environmentally friendly machines should be invented to save the earth.
