Reflects the emotions of peace and tranquillity we wish to have.
This painting reflects the ideal image of peace and tranquillity resembled in the form of a calm garden of lotus. These pink lotuses are spaced perfectly to resemble the comfort of being in our own world, and the leaves surrounding the flowers are like blankets that shield the flowers from any negative emotions. These emotions are kept at bay underneath the leaves, hidden away in the deep blue water of the pond. As the eye looks beyond, the flowers start to fade away as well as the leaves to signify peace and tranquillity travelling far and wide beyond the naked eye’s reach. This symbolises the ideal world where war has completely ceased, pandemics are long gone, and everyone is one in this planet we call our home.
